Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Respond to service desk tickets promptly and resolve issues within the defined SLA
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations
- Experience with SCCM for software deployment and updates
- Knowledge of Computer management tools for system monitoring and maintenance
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incident management
- Ability to support mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Basic understanding of Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Strong grasp of Active Directory user administration and group policies
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Understanding of DNS concepts for network troubleshooting
