**What You Will Do**

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in hiring the people who will drive Choco's mission forward.

Your hands-on recruiting activities will include:
**Full-Cycle Recruiting**: Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.
**Market Understanding**:Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.- ** Recruitment Strategy**:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**:Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

**What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role**- 1-2 years experience hiring at scale in a SaaS environment-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.-
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Choco was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has since expanded to a team of over 400 committed Chocorians working from Choco offices in the US, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK, and Spain. Our ordering app is used by over 15K buyers and over 10K suppliers around the globe - processing hundreds of thousands of tons of food every month.

We raised over $280mn from some of the world’s best investors like Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Coatue Management, and LeftLane Capital. We are the first unicorn to reduce food waste.
