Inside Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at RM Tires, you will be one of the faces of our company, responsible for generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing expert advice on our range of tires and related services. Your goal is to help customers find the right products to meet their needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the store and over the phone, providing detailed information about our tire products and services.
Sales Generation: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tire products and services. Generate sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Order Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including restocking shelves and updating inventory records.
Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new tire products, technologies, and industry trends.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Everyday Tasks:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Assisting walk-in customers with tire selections and purchases.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
Maintaining the sales floor by organizing products and displays.
Conducting follow-up calls to previous customers to ensure satisfaction.
Keeping track of daily sales and updating the CRM system.
Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED BUT IS A BONUS
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Pay: $40,706.68 - $70,000.00 per year
