Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced office admin/manager who is familiar with utilizing a CRM to process, account and collect all revenue, expenses and documents in an accurate and timely manner and reconcile all funds.

Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general office tasks is necessary. Experience with Human Resources (certifications), workers compensation, DOT and employee tracking/files is helpful.
- Manage general office function of community Requirements and Preferred Qualities: - Highschool Diploma - Microsoft Office - Administrative experience - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks - Be able to prioritize work load - Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly - Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees - Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee expectations of managers/employees - Display empathy to our customers - Outgoing and positive demeanor - Punctual nature and ability to handle agreed upon schedule - Flexibility - Professional appearance Benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, Simple IRA with Matching Employer Contributions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
