**Summary/Objective**

The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Shared Services Group on a range of general accounting tasks. This role will be primarily responsible for all accounting work associated with processing vendor invoices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 3-way match, batch and code invoices in single system.
- Ensure proper internal controls by gaining appropriate approvals for transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond timely to vendor inquiries.
- Resolving accounts payable issues with vendors.
- Respond timely to all audit document requests.
- Build relationships with vendors, plants, accountants and leadership team.
- Contribute to the positive Lippert Culture.
- Assist in the discovery, testing and implementation of technology changes.
- Assists in the maintenance of training manuals.
- Additional functions may be assigned as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ administrative experience.
