We are seeking a highly experienced, sharp, and driven seeking an experienced, sharp, and driven HR Manager to join our team. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's culture, developing talent, and ensuring that our human resources practices align with our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the firm's human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and

regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and training programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and

staff.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive

workplace culture.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support professional development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Provide strategic HR support to the managing partner and senior leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably within a

professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with HR software and technology systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is

preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
