**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the coordination and logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support such as managing RSVP lists, handling inquiries, and preparing event materials.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and attendees to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget tracking and expense management to ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
