Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, fundraising, hair and cosmetics, grand opening, community events, and social gatherings and more.
- Serves as a secondary Development Coordinator for annual donation drives including:

- Back to School, Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Mother's Day
- Facilitate optimal utilization of volunteers in the Development area and be responsible for recruiting and implementing volunteers.
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to deliver tailored event experiences
- Market events to attract attendees and sponsors
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective event planning
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Positive individual with a friendly demeanor and a customer-centered disposition
- A highly self-motivated disposition, lots of initiative, thinking outside the box, and coming up with creative and innovative methods to achieve goals.
- Excellent and efficient organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work well on own initiative as well as under supervision and as part of a global team.
- Calm and professional customer service skills, even when working under pressure.

Perform other work duties as requested by the manager and other members

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies to promote events successfully
- Experience in the entertainment and sales industry
- Proficiency in events management software is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
