**Job duties would include but are not limited to**:

- Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving with a smile
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Register new patients, verify and update patient information
- Assist patients in completing forms and documentation
- Verify and enter insurance benefits
- Present and review treatment plans
- Collect payments and outstanding balances from patients
- Follow up on patient recare, no shows and cancellation appointments
- Oversee daily schedule to ensure it is flowing and productive
- Respond to patient questions and/or concerns with the office in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
