Overview:
**Duties**:

- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming meetings and events.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can utilize your administrative skills while contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
