Among the key duties of the position are the following:

- Provides support to the management by assisting with the coordination and administration of various programs.
- Provides administrative support, purchasing, expense administration, records management, and events planning and support.
- Supports the scheduling and planning of virtual and in person meetings and events with internal and external partners.
