As a non-medical service, we help with dementia care, personal care, light housekeeping and companionship. Job Title: Community Liaison (Sales)

Encore Caregivers is seeking to hire a dedicated, seasoned healthcare marketing professional to skillfully convey our story in order to continue to build our client base. This skilled in-home care marketer will have or quickly build, unique, loyal network of relationships in hospitals, doctor's offices and long-term care facilities, etc. in the Houston Metropolitan area. This outreach professional must believe in the superior performance of Encore Caregivers and self-motivate to successfully bring that fact to the healthcare and general public.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Call on, sell our services to and continue to develop relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, home health and hospice agencies, case managers, social workers, office managers, wellness directors, physical therapists, personal care home owners, assisted living communities, adult day care centers, senior community centers, senior advisors, senior service professionals, skilled facilities and a variety of community-based organizations
- Strengthen and maintain established referral sources
- Generate client referrals from professional referral sources
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Represent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community
- Promote agency services
- Effectively communicate with nurse, president, owners and care coordinators about potential leads to coordinate care
- Collaborate with the management team to expand the company’s marketing presence in designated territories

**QUALIFICATIONS / NECESSARY SKILL SET**
- Must have proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
- Must be assertive, yet tactful at overcoming objections
- Must have the talent to strategically build and sustain referral based relationships
- Must have the desire and the energy to follow-through in a demanding job
- Must have current contacts
- Must be experienced in marketing, business management or communications
- Must have minimum of two years sales and marketing experience in healthcare
- Must have proven history of achieving or exceeding established goals
- Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the Encore Caregivers organization
- Must have proven ability to generate leads
- Must be able to build/maintain relationships with new and existing contacts
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have strong organization/time management skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have savvy people skills
- Must be affable team player who can take direction, focus and get results
- Must be graduate of an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
- Must have ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Must have reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Commiserate with experience

Work Location: Houston Metropolitan Area

Work Schedule: Mostly remote - couple days a week (with very little early/late or weekend networking).
