Building Maintenance

**QUALIFICATIONS**: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency preferred. Experience as a Maintenance Technician for one year is desired. Should have knowledge of basic house cleaning, floor stripping, buffing machines, building and ground maintenance also desired.

**REPORT TO**: Director of Property Management

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

1. Responsible for the general upkeep of the entire facility.

2. Cleaning of all bathrooms, walls, ceiling, etc.

3. Stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, and buffing of all floors on a periodic basis.

4. Removal of garbage from the premises.

5. Removal of snow in the winter season from all ground areas, including the company’s parking lot and motor vehicles.

6. Assist in the Preventive Maintenance of the facility.

7. Performance of any other duties that may be assigned during the course of the day.

Pay: $16.35 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Facilities Maintenance Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
