We are in search of a committed Building Operations Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations personnel
- Execute preventative maintenance and perform essential repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and surrounding areas
- Prepare units for incoming residents and manage the transition process
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and significant improvement projects
- Address resident concerns with promptness and professionalism
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Building Operations Manager in high-rise residential settings
- Exemplary integrity, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in supervising unionized staff
- In-depth knowledge of building mechanical systems and equipment
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with building management systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Education: High School Diploma required; additional qualifications are advantageous.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
