- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephone reminders.
- Communicating with dental insurance providers to determine patients co-payments.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
- Friendly and professional customer service
- Make referrals, as needed
- Verify and bill Insurance
- Collect and Post payments from patients
- Schedule and call patients
- Other related duties, as needed

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
