We’re looking for Program Manager - Volunteering and Nonprofitsto join Procore’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) team. In this role, you’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of our volunteering and nonprofit partnership initiatives.

As a Program Manager, you’ll partner with internal teams (workplace experience) and external stakeholders (nonprofit organizations) to execute global initiatives with our nonprofit partners. Use your expertise in the nonprofits and volunteering space, project management and influencing skills to create sustainable communities and an engaged workforce.

This position reports into Shirley Gonsalves - Sr. Manager DEIB and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do: (6-8 bullets)**
- Establish key partnerships with global nonprofits, acting as the primary point of contact for partnership development and engagement.
- Develop a strategy for, and lead the scaling of, Procore's volunteer program. This includes developing and executing global initiatives to encourage employee participation and engagement with volunteering opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across the organization to drive employee participation for org wide initiatives
- Ensure the volunteer program aligns with Procore's values and mission and contributes to our commitment to positively impacting our communities.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of volunteer program participation, nonprofit partnership outcomes, and other relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness and success of our initiatives.

**What we’re looking for: (6-8 bullets)**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engaging with nonprofits and volunteer program management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, designing, and executing volunteer programs and nonprofit partnerships.
- Effective project management skills with experience driving multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as being creative to solve challenges to drive these initiatives
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive cross-functional projects with different stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
