**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Coordinate and execute the setup of products and merchandising on Shopify
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to request and upload site assets for promotions and launches.
- Manage the creation and parameters of discount codes to support promotional campaigns. Monitor and report out on any discrepancies.
- Upload price adjustments and ensure they reflect appropriately across all channels.
- Manage item and merchandising across platforms outside of Fair Harbors proprietary website such as GovX, Shop App, and Instagram Shop.
- Ensure all products have accurate and up-to-date information on product detail pages, images, and pricing.
- Monitor site merchandising and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience through landing page optimization.
- Contribute to site upkeep by managing navigation, homepage updates, 'shop the look' features, about page, customer service pages, and anything that is necessary to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage the on-site search results strategy to maximize performance and customer experience.
- Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in executing the overall site merchandising strategy.
- Implement SEO changes to improve search rankings and increase traffic based on recommendations from third party partners.

**REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Minimum Education**: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related field

**Required Experience, Skills, and/or Knowledge**:

- 1-2 years of experience in site merchandising or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Shopify experience required
- Experience with Dynamic Yield is a plus.
- Understanding of discount code management, tagging strategies, and SEO optimization.
- Experience analyzing KPIs and providing insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4 and other data sources.

**SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS**
- May require some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet deliverables.

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**
- May require the ability to travel locally by car/public transportation, as well as possible trips involving air travel for multi-night stays.
