Harmony Pet Clinic is a local, woman-owned, full-service veterinary hospital that also offers boarding, grooming and doggy daycare. We strive to provide quality medical care, excellent customer service and a safe and fun environment for their pets to stay and play.

We are currently hiring for a Full-time Operations Manager to run the daycare, boarding and grooming facility. This team member will be the direct supervisor for the team members that will be working with the pets in our boarding and daycare facility.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a business
- Experience working with animals is preferred, but not required although a passion and love for animals is required
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills
- Is excited to develop creative solutions to enrich the lives of pets while they are in our care and drive business sales
- Has a strong attention to details and experience developing and monitoring systems and procedures to help the business be efficient, safe and productive
- Can create a culture of fun and productivity with team members who love their job and are held accountable for following procedures
- Is at least 18 years of age and has a high school diploma (additional education including business classes is preferred)

This position will report to the Practice Manager and owner of the company. Duties will include but are not limited to employee hiring and management as well as employee schedules. Developing and maintaining systems and policies for the business. Monitoring the revenue and key performance indicators for the business to ensure business success. Leading the team to drive business success and create a culture that promotes employee retention. The manager will also need to take an active role in assisting with all of the duties of the team members including cleaning, answering the phones, monitoring the daycare dogs, checking pets in and out, etc. The boarding facility is open and requires team members to be present on the weekends and holidays. The manager must be prepared to be on-call for questions and solutions when they are not working and share in the workload of covering these shifts from time to time.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
