**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the truck wash facility, ensuring all services are performed to the highest standards.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of professional technicians to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth through upselling and cross selling.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through quality service, effective communication, and marketing upcoming promotions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
- Stay updated on industry standards and implement necessary changes to stay compliant.
- Maintain facility and equipment in good condition.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Assist in scheduling of daily crews based on facility requirements.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available for daily operations.
- Participate in cleaning trucks and maintaining equipment alongside the crew.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the pressure washing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear as defined below:
1. Standard of 8-hour shifts (on occasion longer shifts)

2. Standing and walking throughout the shift

3. Lifting / carrying of up to 50 lbs (unassisted but non-repetitive)

4. Use of both hands necessary.

5. Ability to climb in/out of company vehicle.

6. Reaching above and below shoulders

7. Operating all Power Washing equipment

8. Keeping work area clean as necessary - important to keep work area clean to comply with safe work practices and expectations.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
