**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance is required
- Experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, and drywall/painting repair
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Own basic set of hand/power tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing to travel to different property locations throughout SE Wisconsin, as needed
