Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the property, including apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and materials to ensure that they are adequate and up-to-date.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including service requests, work orders, and inventory levels.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure that maintenance and repair needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in property management or maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
