**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at our local moving company in North Hollywood. As the Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our moving company, managing our team of movers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the moving company's operations, including scheduling, sales, customer service, logistics, and fleet management.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives to ensure timely and efficient delivery of moving services to customers.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of movers, drivers, and customer service representatives providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to develop and maintain a skilled and cohesive team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism, striving to exceed customer expectations with every move.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Implement cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in Russian is a must, no exceptions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in an office environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency with mac and windows computers, crm softwares, and office equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Schedule**:

- This is a unique weekly position. You will work 7 days on and 7 days off. Monday through Sunday from 7am to 8pm. You will work 26 weeks a year, every other week.
