**Job Title: Production Operations Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Implement performance management strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve departmental goals.
- **Manufacturing and Assembly Oversight**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of manufacturing and assembly processes, from raw materials to finished products.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules and team tasks to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that inventory is reconciled and all paperwork for tracking purposes is completed timely.
- **Compliance with FDA Regulations**:

- Ensure all manufacturing and assembly processes comply with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Work with the quality leader to maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA guidelines and proactively implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- **Interdepartmental Liaison**:

- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement**:

- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows to achieve KPI targets effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of management experience. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a rapidly growing organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $53,263.89 - $64,145.76 per year
