- The Training Manager is integral to the Teachers' Retirement System, focusing on the development and delivery of impactful training programs. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Organizational Development and Diversity & Inclusion, this role requires strategic planning, program management, and direct staff supervision.
- Primary Responsibilities:

- Strategic Training Development - Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies.

Preferred Skills- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Advanced certification in Training/L&D preferred. - Experience: At least 7 years in training, with a focus on instructional design and technology-based learning. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
