Position Summary

Provides assistance to the CEO and/or other key executives requiring extensive knowledge of organization, policies, and procedures. Types a variety of correspondence and documents of a confidential and sensitive nature. Screens and places phone calls, arranges meetings, and analyzes reports and correspondence as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking of mandated state: incident reports, notification of death, & confirmation of flu incidences
- Creation of general & PCC specific forms & templates (including, but not limited to progress notes & resident care planning).
- Completion of 30-Day Notice of Termination & dissemination
- Completion of the Annual Narcotic Destruction process in conjunction with the DEA
- General scheduling, meeting reminders, filing, and contracting
- Point of contact for facility Board of Directors; creation of meeting materials, scheduling, etc.
- Inventory management and replenishment (Clinical, Facilities, & General Office), research of advantageous suppliers or deals
- Limited Service Laboratory Registration completion
- Gala Planning and Organization
- Maintain Contact Lists
- Send Mail
- Manage Petty Cash Disbursements, Replenishment, and Reporting
- Complete Event Registrations and Make Appropriate Travel Arrangements
- Take and Direct Calls
- Take Dictation
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and open invoices
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Assists with internal audit procedures for regulatory compliance
- Reports and filings through the Health Commerce System
- Represents non-profit organization during business gatherings.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
