**Role Description**:
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control process, including conducting inspections, implementing quality standards, monitoring production processes, and resolving quality-related issues. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing feedback and improvement recommendations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques for quality improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Pay: $82,656.00 - $90,376.00 per year
