**Position Summary**

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job**

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives within Food & Clinical Nutrition Services in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

2. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, presentations, etc.

3. Plan, track, and schedule project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.

4. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, devise contingency plans, and maintain effective and timely communication with team members and stakeholders.

5. Coordinates and supports meetings related to activities within the Food & Clinical Nutrition Services department, to ensure meetings are organized and documented to support partnership councils, Nutrition Value Added Team (VAT), Outpatient nutrition counseling, and other task force meetings.

6. Closely collaborates with the Director of Food & Clinical Nutrition Services as well as other department heads, coordinators, supervisors, Medical Staff, and Administration to support the Saddleback Hospital.

7. Develops and maintains reporting tools for the Food & Clinical Nutrition Services department.

8. Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms to ensure all needs are addressed.

9. Ability to be at work and be on time.

10. Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and directives.

11. Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner.

12. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- _Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
