Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and processes
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, Medicare, and FDA regulations
- Monitor and evaluate coding practices to ensure accuracy and adherence to ICD-9 and ICD-10 guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in quality management systems
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to management
- Assist in the development of training programs related to quality assurance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Proven experience in compliance management and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, Medicare, ICD-9, ICD-10, and FDA regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders within the organization

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in quality management or healthcare compliance
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:
