Join our team as a Bar Manager This role is responsible for The Bar (outlet) operations.

Summary:

- Organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings,
- Scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments,
- Creating forecast and revenue reports,
- Organizing special events at The Bar, such as receptions and interacting pro-actively and positively with guests.
- Creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Selection and training of team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- Time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to lead and direct a team
