The Juice Bar Team Member is essential in providing an exceptional customer experience that embodies the Nekter brand. This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings, ensuring that guests receive accurate nutritional information and a vibrant service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces according to Nekter Juice Bar standards.
  • Regularly replenish supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep customer areas, including the front and patio, clean and inviting.
  • Serve all Nekter Juice Bar products according to established specifications, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Distribute cleanse products and related information promptly.
  • Prepare ingredients by rinsing and washing before serving.
  • Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and assist with food preparation and cleaning as directed.
  • Implement proper portion control for all ingredients and handle cash transactions in line with company policies.
  • Effectively communicate and promote Nekter Juice Bar specials and handle coupons and gift cards according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the food service or retail sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food Handler certification to be obtained prior to employment.
  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours).
  • Capability to reach, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
