Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments to determine clients' economic and financial objectives, risks, barriers, and opportunities at the intersection of career readiness, education, literacy, language proficiency, digital literacy, and immigration;
- Develop personalized rapid reemployment and economic mobility plans, centered on the attainment of employment as swiftly as practicable;
- Offer individual sessions, group workshops, and interactive formats of educcation with community members, focused on career counseling, career navigation, job readiness, and soft skill development;
- Following placement, exercise oversight of the onboarding process, providing community members with guidance, counseling, and technical assistance. Assist community members with onboarding paperwork, access to transportation, access to childcare, and the execution of strategies to eliminate barriers to employment, improving rates of attendance and participation.
- Utilize tactful, culturally competent, and sensitive techniques of engagement to inspire, empower, and encourage members to attain economic goals;
- Provide attentive case management to usher forward the realization of economic, financial, and immigration goals through service coordination, economic counseling, job search assistance, and post-placement retention support;
- In conjunction with internal staff and external partners, exercise diligence as to community members housing, social, healthcare, and cultural needs. Accordingly, perform referrals and assist with the coordination of wraparound services;
- Grounded in a commitment to increasing job placement outcomes, devise efficient and effective employer outreach strategies, while optimizing relationship development to improve the diversity of job opportunities, the richness of job pipelines, and the number of living wage job opportunities.
- Organize and convene job fairs and job screening events to connect community members to regional employers;
- Ensure the companies we partner with observe and respect workers' rights and procure safe environments that promote growth opportunities and a stable income;
- With regularity, diligently collect, input, and process data in Salesforce CRM to ensure the integrity, fidelity, and punctuality of member wellbeing and service delivery;
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of case management, financial counseling, recruitment, or related experience
- Knowledge of the systemic barriers, challenges, and inequities faced by Latinx and immigrant communities as it relates to economic empowerment;
- Demonstrable history of implementing a sensitive, trauma-informed approach that embraces multiculturalism and diversity;
- Capable of collaborating as part of the team, as well as effectively working independently, with sound time management, task management, and prioritization skills;
- Exceptional, tactful written and oral communication skills;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
