Quality Assurance Specialist Opportunity

The Remedy Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance of our client's customer service departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete a comprehensive training program to ensure a thorough understanding of our quality assurance process
  • Successfully complete a test call to demonstrate your ability to evaluate customer service interactions
  • Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives' questions while remaining anonymous
  • Document detailed information of your overall experience, including any notable interactions or observations
  • Complete a review submission form prior to the required deadline, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Pay rate: $2 per call

Requirements:

  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual with strong listening skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active phone line (landline, mobile, or both) and mobile device capable of downloading applications
  • Valid email address and USA residency with ID

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
