**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create distribution systems to maximize audience growth and engagement across all common platforms for the President’s personal brand and all other company brands including instagram, tiktok, linkedin, youtube, spotify and apple podcast.
- Provide creative direction and strategy as it pertains to all aspects including content type, distribution channels, aesthetics, music selection, and branding
- Lead strategic social media campaign creation, execution and ongoing monitoring in all aspects and implement innovative strategies and content formats to capitalize on viral opportunities and maximize the brand’s visibility, reach and audience growth
- Provide editing direction to third party videographers and photographers to create captivating, on brand content aimed at elevating all internal brands
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, technologies, and pop culture to anticipate shifts in viewership behavior and online engagement patterns.
- Creative direction in producing compelling podcasts episodes for President and create strategy for podcast distribution, editing format, messaging, monetizing opportunities and optimizing audience growth.
- Management of all social media platforms including daily posting, responding to comments, responding to DM's. creating thumbnails, music selection, caption writing, and maintenance of all other aspects of the accounts.
- Provide and manage schedule of planned posts for social media platforms
- Capture the day to day life of the President in company offices, properties and in the home to create content for use across social media channels.
- Assisting Principals with daily asset management and obtaining all creative and marketing objectives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years minimum experience in all aspects of social media account management
- Strong sense of video composition and lighting as it relates to social media utilizations
- Must have commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours
- Ability to work on a preplanned posting schedule
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Understanding of social media creative trends
- Thoroughly experienced in strategic social media growth with proven track record of significant growth for past clients/employers

- Highly experienced with creative direction and storytelling to capture and produce captivating, luxurious marketable digital content for usage in brand campaigns, social media
- Experience in podcast production, creative direction and distribution is a plus
- Data-driven approach with a penchant for interpreting numbers.
- Keen awareness of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work remotely and in person as needed

Pay: $20-$25 hourly dependent on experience + ability to earn incentives of $0.30 per new follower on instagram when above 1,000 new followers per month
