**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Maü Miami's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, original content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of dishes, events, and the restaurant environment that highlight Maü's culinary excellence and lifestyle luxury.
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, and articles that reflect the voice and tone of Maü Miami.
- Manage and grow Maü Miami's online presence by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a community of loyal fans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Maü Miami remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Analyze content performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure continuous engagement with our audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or culinary industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media management platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to edit and produce high-quality visual content.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
