**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative content ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred but not required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
