**Position Title**: Event Coordinator

**Reports To**:Manager

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate food, beverage and vendor service with event clients via in person
- Support the client in documenting final details and pertinent information

concerning the event in client files and BEO’s, including but not limited to, final guest

count, day-of timeline, menu selections, linens, room layout, vendor information,

and special requests
- Attendance at all final rehearsals or venue walk throughs
- Coordinate day of FruitCraft private events; including wedding, membership, in

house curated events, and corporate events
- Execute timely responses within a day to clients and staff
- Oversee and assist the entirety of all events from set up to break down
- Maintain communication flow with catering and bar staff
- Check with the client over the course of the event to ensure satisfaction and

respond to any requests
- Ensure all FruitCraft policies are followed during the duration of the event
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Resolve client service related complaints
- Charge clients for day of event add ons
- Account for all equipment and supplies. Arrange for return of materials provided

by the client
- Take photos and short videos of the event for social media
- Obtain customer reviews on various platforms
- Conduct open houses, and site walk throughs
- Efficiently transfer event knowledge to beverage and catering staff

within format and guidelines by creating day of event, catering and

beverage BEO’s
- Edit and print menus
- Submit event requests for new event leads
- Maintain and promote a positive and professional atmosphere for staff and clients
- Stand and move during the length of the event; bend and kneel; carry 50 or more

pounds; move tables and chairs from one part of the venue to another during set up

and breakdown of event

employment

- Self-Starter, ability to take a project from inception to completion

independently after training period
- Strong interpersonal oral and written/typed skills
- Proactive in all functions of the role
- Team player who is able to positively interact with all levels within the

organization
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities
- Ability to make decisions for the better good of FruitCraft
- Passionate about company products and events

**Language**
- English

**Typical Schedule**
- 8, or 10 a shift depending on events
- Nights, weekends and holidays

**Compensation**
- $24/hour
- Full Time Wednesday - Sunday schedule
