We are currently seeking a talented and experienced In-House Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team and help us further elevate our brand presence.

Position Overview:
As the In-House Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms, collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibility:
The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, staying updated on industry trends, creating engaging content, managing content calendars, fostering a vibrant online community, monitoring social media channels, using analytics tools, planning and executing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, overseeing external agency partners, and nurturing relationships with influencers and brand advocates. The role also involves identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Possess proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar capacity
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is essential
- Photography skills are advantageous
- Possess excellent multitasking and project management abilities
- Be willing and able to work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Adapt to a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment with high call volume

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
