AMW is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, reels, and videos across all platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. The Social Media Manager will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that increase our online presence and promote our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with clients brand identity, marketing goals, and audience interest. Create and curate engaging multimedia content across social media platforms, including graphics, written content, reels, and videos. Manage multiple content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content across various platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain clients and the companys brand. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Facilitate client-company communication by responding to queries, getting reviews, and organizing chats and Q&A sessions. Analyze the long-term needs of the companys social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create social buzz regarding new product launches. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Other Tasks

Craft our Weekly Newsletters other nurturing sequences. Work on Outbound lead generation & strategies (direct messaging, calls, sms etc) Help with our Customer satisfaction efforts that include follow ups and calls Facilitate client-company communication by responding to queries, getting reviews Support sales through chats, calls and Q&A sessions. Setup and manage influencer marketing campaigns for the company or clients as needed Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Other agency tasks as needed on a day to day basis.

Experience

On time and professional at all times Courteous and professional in all correspondence No downtime - must have access to reliable power supply + fast computer and high-speed internet Tech-savvy preferably with using new apps in the cloud (Google Apps etc) Willing to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, US (EST) or (PST) to be determined Committed, mature, and can become an integral part of the company for long-term
