Generate regular reports to assess performance and suggest improvements based on data using a professional tool such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or preferred tool from chosen candidate. RequirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in social media and the real estate industry.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, social media marketing, and online tools.- Preferably proficient in using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and some Google Analytics.- Experience creating a content calendar to schedule, organize, and get senior leadership approval on content in a timely manner. - Creativity and passion for highly engaging digital content that drives engagement, following and sales including video, email, and social media.- Excellent grammar and communication skills with attention to detail. - Video editing skills. - Copywriting skills and engaging captions. - Reporting and metric analytics. - Paid social media advertising.- Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.- Highly self-motivated and self-driven.- 3+ years' experience as a marketing professional skilled at creating, managing, and continually optimizing all marketing campaigns.- Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus but not required.- Skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus but not required.- You are a self-starter that enjoys adapting your role to the company's needs.
