Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist the Marketing Team**: Help organize projects, follow up on tasks, and alleviate internal bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, photos, reels, videos, and written posts.
- **Live Event Coverage**: Provide real-time social media coverage during events to enhance audience engagement.
- **Calendar Management**: Maintain and update the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure alignment and support for all promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event coverage.
- Passion for music, nightlife, and the entertainment industry is a plus.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
