**In this dynamic role, you'll wear two hats**:
**Sales Assistant**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service** to families, answering questions and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Contribute to lead generation** through creative outreach efforts and administrative support.

**Office Administrator**:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records**, including payroll backups, ACH runs, and vendor invoices.
- **Proficiency in Paychex and Quickbooks** is essential to ensure smooth financial operations.
- **Handle administrative tasks** with efficiency and accuracy, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
- **Strong organizational skills** and a keen eye for detail.
- **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** and relevant accounting software (Paychex, Quickbooks).
- **Team player** with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**We Offer**:
