Responsibilities:
• Manage smaller, transactional accounts to ensure efficient operation
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues
• Understand technical products to facilitate effective conversations
• Utilize critical thinking skills to understand and explain complex topics
• Use Microsoft Excel for data processing and organization
• Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Cultivate leads from a large pool of inherited accounts
• Conduct research to establish client contacts when necessary
• Grow business relationships through effective communication and service
• Apply prior customer service or sales experience to improve business sales and generate leads.• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales assistant role or similar position in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to generate leads and drive business sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools would be advantageous.
• Must be willing to participate in further training and development opportunities to enhance skills and abilities.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with industry standards.
