**Administrative Assistant - Pharmacy**

**Full Time**

Integrated care leader Grane Rx is expanding its core interdisciplinary teams, and seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant for key clerical and office support tasks. This support professional will oversee a host of organizational responsibilities, including general correspondence, filing/record management, scheduling and more, as directed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft reports, minutes, manuals, agendas, databases and statistical data from drafts, notes, and verbal instructions.
- Operate office equipment, to include copiers, computers, printers, and other office equipment as needed.
- Maintain files by comparing, matching, sorting, consolidating, alphabetizing, and indexing.
- Generate and distribute clinical reports to internal and external customers.
- Data entry into logs and workbooks.
- Make copies, collate, and distribute materials.
- Organizes and coordinates schedules/tasks between team members.
- Receives and sorts mail.
- Monitors visitor access.
- Maintains reception and break room areas.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
