**Part Time Intake Coordinator**
Ammirati Counseling is seeking a part
- time experienced Intake Coordinator who would work 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday
- Friday, managing the client intake process in a dynamic group with the potential of advancing to full time if desired. Two years of office experience in healthcare, and/or mental health counseling is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicates with clients and clinicians regarding scheduling
- Communicates with management regarding intaks and streamlining of intake processes
- Keep EHR client files organized and manage all intake paperwork collection
- Assume responsibility of maintenance of office equipment (printer, paper, filling etc.)
- Other administrative responsibilities regarding forms and creating systems to streamline office processes
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Able to work with strong personalities
- Able to work independently on tasks assigned
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and ask questions
- Connects with practice’s mission and values
- Firm understanding of management of the office EHR system
- Able to run monthy reports
- Experienced and comfortable working with Google Worksplace, Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
