**Overview**
This position is responsible for expanding business development and market share of real estate agents in a designated market. The Team Lead focuses on building his/her agent team by using effective strategies to meet sales goals by providing exceptional customer service to our clients, customers, and partners. You are a natural leader who embraces succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. You view learning as the foundation of your action plan. You possess strong communication skills and naturally connect with others.
This position will be for our Tempe/Chandler office.
**Salary**: $50k year plus bonuses with the potential to earn $70 - 100k year.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coach new agents as well as existing associates (20-40 Agents)
- Cooperate with staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
- Track record of sales success
- Lead sales and business meetings
- Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market
- Attract and Retain agents
- Provide a family/team culture and environment
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential real estate transactions;
- Hold active real estate license
- Proven success with recruiting skills
- Extraordinary people skills
- Leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
- Problem-solving skills/solutions based
- Proactive, driven positive attitude
- Career development and training skills
- Computer and MLS experience
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
