**Position Summary**

**Required Qualifications**
- Requires independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
- 6+ years experience working in behavioral health field.
- 5+ years working in providing clinical services to members with Behavioral Health crisis and, managing, and supervising individuals who provide behavioral health Crisis services.
- Must be able to travel to Richmond, VA for monthly meetings.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated deep understanding, expertise, and work experience within the Virginia Behavioral Health crisis services continuum and recent state Behavioral Health Transformation approach.
- Experience supervising or managing crisis services.
- Experience in managed care related to behavioral health.
- Demonstrated experience working and collaborating public and private crisis services providers and building partnerships between crisis service system entities in the state of Virginia

**Education**
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, or closely related field.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$84,500.00 - $182,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
