We are a team-minded business meaning in order for us to keep growing we must have everyone helping each other out in their daily duties and beyond. Here is what we are looking for in an office receptionist and an account specialist:

- Taking payments daily
- Balancing the payments daily
- Printing paperwork for the cars being sold
- Pulling reports for the sales manager and GM
- Entering inventory and keeping all bills entered in the computer and on the inventory file.
- Must be fast on the computer and know how to use Microsoft Office, we will train on our DMS system.
- Would like to have someone that is bilingual.
- Need someone that is capable to handle stress of a fast paced environment, but is professional to the customer and to their fellow employees.
- Needs to be willing to learn new things, as we are changing to always keep up with our growing business.
- Can adapt and handle a wide base of customers in all types of situations since we do sell our own cars and are a collection agency as well.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
