**Staff Supervisor Position Overview**:

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct uplifting Direct Care Worker evaluations in the heart of our organization and out in the field.
- Champion policies and procedures training, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Guide transitions in full-time and part-time status of employment.
- Actively participate in monitoring unemployment claims and related activities, ensuring our team members are supported.
- Document every caregiver’s concern, issue, and incident, transforming challenges into growth and improvement.
- Process Direct Care Worker time off requests and leaves of absence, fostering a culture of care and work-life balance.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct investigations, leading with empathy and dedication to resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in a Human Resource related field is preferred, but passion and work experience hold equal weight.
- Demonstrated leadership in a supervisory role, particularly with caregiving or non-profit environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with an ability to inspire and uplift.
- Remarkable organizational and time-management abilities, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- A profound belief in a motivational, carrot-based management style, driving success through positivity.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring we operate at the highest standard.
- An ability to lead and nurture a diverse team of caregivers, guiding them to their full potential.

- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
