As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with substance abuse or psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the provision of quality general and psychiatric care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing areas, and assist department managers with scheduling, education, and discipline as needed.
  • Participate in direct patient care, education, and training, and contribute to departmental and hospital meetings as assigned.
  • Review documentation and work with staff to ensure that documentation is timely, accurate, and complete.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
  • Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing, valid driver's license preferred.
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
