**Description**:
The Contracts Manager, working independently, closely collaborates with the finance, legal, compliance, and regulatory teams. This individual serves as a central point of contact for internal and external customers to address contract issues, contract administration, and to provide legal updates relevant to ongoing marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with sales team to review contract requests and develop offers that meet
- customer needs and align with commercial strategy.
- Negotiate terms and any required or necessary parameters.
- Correspond with sales representatives and customers to resolve contract related issues.
- Maintain and ensure up-to-date documentation and records.
- Analyze fee schedules and any contract document service charges.
- Provide contract status reports and project management accountability.
- Draft, implement, and evaluate new contracts, amendments, renewals, and execute/ termination on contracts.
- Perform other duties as needed to provide contract management guidance to company stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors’ degree from accredited business or law school or university.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience related to business, legal/contract law, or compliance.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and ability to prioritize responsibilities while being very detail oriented.
- Deep understanding of contracts, contractual language, and contract lifecycle.
- Critical thinking skills to research legal and financial implications.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local, state (California), and national business statues, rules, and regulations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Ironclad CMS a plus.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.

**Preferred**
- Medical device background is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish, French Canadian, Japanese, Chinese, or Portuguese is a plus.
